Meet YOUR coaches…
-
You’ll have plenty of time to discuss your topic, explore your motivations around it, and finish up with intentional steps (goals) to achieve your dreams.
-
Take a deep dive into your parenting journey; discuss what’s working, what needs to shift, and create a plan based on your core values to thrive and be the kind of parent you were meant to be!
-
You’ll spend the first 30-45 minutes in a coaching session and then release what no longer serves you in a deeply nurturing BreathWork session.
-
A space to connecting with others through group sharing, journaling, breathing, and reflection. A light lunch is served afterwards for more time in community.
Kristine ROSENQUIST
Kristine’s journey of self-awareness and discovery began for her at 28 years of age; having left a marriage of 9 years (which also included recovering from a decade of addiction), she was inspired to work through the powerful growth process that would eventually launch her on her journey towards reaching her fullest potential. But that was a mere first step in the process for her to expand as a person; Kristine then chose to look beyond the “addiction chapter” of her life’s story to become a more complete version of herself.
Inspired by the works of Louis Hay, Brene Brown, Ram Dass, and others, Kristine began adopting a creative mindset of unlimited potential for herself. Once she was set on the path of self-discovery, Kristine quickly advanced in her early childhood education career and accepted a Director position at a local, Portland childcare center.
As the years passed and her journey continued, Kristine continued to regularly practice meditation and self-reflection and began to objectively see herself and all of the possible points for her own, personal expansion. This resulted in her finding another career that aligned more with her emerging values, resulting in her becoming a licensed massage therapist, whose private massage practice thrived for over 13 years in Portland.
By focusing on developing strong, interpersonal connections, Kristine cherishes the deep relationships she shares with her young adult son and husband, as well as all those she has worked with as Healer, Teacher, Mentor and Life Coach. With intuition (and humor!), Kristine’s heart is drawn to connected conversations with her clients so they are seen, heard and valued as individuals. It is there, in that space, clients are free to discover that they themselves hold the answers within to flourish and thrive in their lives and pursuits towards their own self-actualization.
